I am 3.6 miles up the hill (east) from the bottom
of Broad Street in Nevada City.
- From Grass Valley take the freeway toward Nevada
City
- Exit Broad Street
- Turn right at the top of the off ramp
- At first stop sign note odometer reading. You will
go approximately 3.6 miles.
- Pass through the stop sign. The street is now Boulder
St.
- Stay on the main road as you go around a right curve.
- You are now on Red Dog and will shortly pass through
a cemetery
- Keep going up. I am 1000 feet higher than the town.
- After the road begins to level out it is another
.6 miles on the right.
- The house is gray with white trim and the house
number is on a vertical green
